That’s right folks! For the first time ever, I will be hosting in-studio mini sessions just for the kiddos on September 18th in Santa Clara! These shoots are perfect to capture your little ones as they embark on a new school year, reach a new milestone, or even grab a quick headshot update for our little mini-models. I call these sessions “portraits with personality” because that is what I aim to capture. I want to document your little ones how they are right now in this very moment because we all know how fast they grow and change (as if strangers at the grocery store don’t remind us enough, am I right?).  We all love those classic, sometimes awkward (or always if you’re me) school pictures we get of our kids at school but they rarely actually showcase anything real about your child (insert awkward smile emoji here). As commonplace as the little faces they make seem in this moment, they will soon be fond, adorable memories that will fade as time goes. Well, I don’t want them to fade for you. I want to make sure you have something to remember their unique and awesome little personalities forever.

How much? $100

What do I get? A 20 minute session for one child and 3 high-res digital files.

Can I book siblings together? Because these sessions are really about focusing on each child’s unique personalities, each child needs their own session booked. That said, if each child has their own time-slot booked I would be happy to do a few sibling images at the end of their sessions as long as time permits.

Can we book these for a family portrait? Sorry, these minis are for the kiddos only. I will however be announcing our annual holiday family mini sessions VERY soon. Keep an eye out for that announcement on here or on our Facebook page.

Do we get to choose the three images for the files? Yes you do! I will send out a gallery with your proofs for you to choose the three you’d like.

Do we have the option to purchase more if we want? Absolutely! I offer single digital files as well as varying bundles to help you save and get the images you want. I also offer prints and other printed products.

Will there be props there for us to use? I will have the letter board you see above to use for those who would like to. It’s great for showcasing their current grade, a quote, what they want to be when they get older, etc. Because these are about your child I want any “props” used to be true to your child so that will be all I will have to use. That said, please feel free to bring a couple of their favorite things to get a few images of them with. These are minimalistic images with your child as the focus though so keep that in mind when choosing what to bring. If you are wondering if something will work well for the images please feel free to run it by me first.
