With Fall on the horizon and all the littles heading back to school I thought sharing this kid’s fashion editorial I shot for Poster Child Magazine last fall would be the perfect #flashbackfriday. You can view the actual editorial here (page 20). This was one of my most fun sessions to date. In fact the kids are all friends with each other now, that’s how rad it was. This was also probably my favorite shoot to style ever because I got to have fun with layers, mixed patterns and colors which makes my heart so happy. The idea I had was to have all the kids in boring grayscale clothing with one kid daring to be bold and different (hence the name). Each kid would eventually join in, with them all wearing fun and unique clothing in the end.
